How we help

Applications, AI
and better ways to work.

Practical help to turn a business need into a working application, a useful AI solution or a better process.

01

Business applications

Build the tool your business needs.

Purpose-built web applications that bring the right information and actions into one place, shaped around how your business works.

  • Customer portals & internal tools
  • Enquiry, project & operations systems
  • Dashboards & reporting tools
Discuss your project
02

AI & automation

Put AI and automation to useful work.

Connect systems, reduce repetitive tasks and introduce AI where it can help people find, organise and work with information.

  • AI assistants & document search
  • Drafting, summaries & review
  • Connected workflows & automations
Discuss your project
03

Process improvement

Make the everyday work flow better.

Understand where work gets stuck, simplify the handovers and decide which changes will make a practical difference.

  • Workflow & systems reviews
  • Clearer ownership & handovers
  • Priorities & an actionable scope
Discuss your project

Start with a conversation about the project. The brief, scope and fee are agreed before discovery or delivery begins.

For a workflow challenge

Workflow
Improvement Review

A focused, paid review of one business process, with a clear scope and fixed fee agreed before work begins.

The review focuses on a manageable area, such as handling a new enquiry, onboarding a customer or producing a weekly report. The review examines what happens today, where work becomes difficult and what a useful improvement would look like.

Discuss a review

Your review output

Clarity you can use.

  • A map of the current process and the people and tools involved
  • The main friction points, constraints and gaps
  • Practical options, including applications, AI or existing tools where appropriate
  • A recommended next step and a defined scope for any further work

Where it helps answer a question, the review may include a simple sketch or demonstration. A working implementation is a separate project.

A good fit when

You know something
could work better.

Your team spends time copying, checking or chasing the same information.

A process depends on one person remembering how everything works.

Your current tools feel disconnected, but you aren’t sure what to change.

You have an improvement idea and want to test whether it is worth pursuing.

After the review

Help to make it happen,
if you need it.

The review stands on its own. Application and AI projects can also begin with their own brief and agreed discovery scope. Implementation and support are defined separately.

02

A scoped implementation

We agree the outcome, boundaries, fee and handover before work begins. The work may include a custom business application, an AI assistant, a connected automation or a redesigned process.

Application projects define the user journeys, information, permissions and handover. AI projects also need clear source material, evaluation and an agreed role for human review.

03

Support to keep it useful

If ongoing help is useful, we agree what is covered and how support works. That could include helping your team adopt the change, maintaining a tool or reviewing how the process is performing.

Support is optional and scoped separately.

A few practical questions

Before we start.

How much does the review cost?

The fee depends on the process and the scope. After a discussion about the process, ForgePrompt sets out a fixed fee and the agreed outputs before you decide to go ahead.

Do I need to know what the solution is?

No. Bring the problem as you see it. Understanding the situation and deciding what is worth changing are part of the work.

Will I need new software?

Not necessarily. We look at the process and what you already use before considering anything new.

Does the review commit me to a build?

No. The review is a standalone piece of paid work. Any implementation or ongoing support needs a separate agreement.

Choose a starting point

What would you like
to build or improve?

Describe the application, AI opportunity or process you have in mind. The first conversation helps establish a useful starting point.
